Appointment Scheduling

Treatments by appointments only. A credit card number will be taken to hold your reservation. On the day of your appointment, you are welcome to utilize a gift.

Late Arrivals

I understand that occasional delay is unavoidable. However, as a courtesy to guests with following appointments, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time and will be charged in full.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. You will be charged the full-service price for missing your appointment without any notice.

Forms of Payment

Skin and Beyond Spa accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Payment is expected at the time of treatment.

Return Policy

Hopefully you will be thrilled with every purchase you make at Skin and Beyond Spa. Should you be less than satisfied, products can be returned for retail or service credit within 30 days of purchase with valid receipt. All refunds are for SPA CREDIT ONLY.
