Appointment Scheduling

Treatments are available by appointments only. A valid credit card number will be taken at the time of booking to hold your reservation. We recommend scheduling your visit in advance, especially during weekends and peak hours, to secure your preferred time slot. On the day of your appointment, you are welcome to utilize a gift certificate or promotional credit toward your service.

Late Arrivals

We understand that occasional delays are sometimes unavoidable due to traffic or other circumstances. However, as a courtesy to guests with following appointments, late arrivals will only receive the remaining available appointment time. Please note that you will still be charged in full for the originally scheduled service, as our therapists reserve that time exclusively for you.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. You will be charged the full-service price for missing your appointment without any notice.

Forms of Payment

Skin and Beyond Spa accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Payment is expected at the time of treatment.

Return Policy

Hopefully you will be thrilled with every purchase you make at Skin and Beyond Spa. Should you be less than satisfied, products can be returned for retail or service credit within 30 days of purchase with valid receipt. All refunds are for SPA CREDIT ONLY.
